Here’s the project I promised! Â My first entry in my SMASH! book, so excited to finally start playing with it! Â You’ll see I used it at the bottom right side of the pic (layered 3 different tapes) and then a little at the top left.
I whipped this page up real quick, but this is the little boy I used to watch full-time. Â Oskie doodle – the cutest little guy ever! Couldn’t part ways completely after 3 years together, so I still have him at least once a week; gotta get my Oskie fill! It’s kind of hard to see, but he’s jamming out to some of his music on his headphones
— I actually went in after I took this pic and added a journaling spot above the grouping of washi tape. I felt the page was a little boring and needed that extra something, plus it explains the headphones which is hard to see in the picture.
Don’t you just LOVE those big squishy cheeks?!!
Here are the supplies I used on this page but you can easily use whatever you have on hand. Â Remember, it’s suppose to be quick and easy! The beauty of the Smash book is you can through all your stuff together and not have to think, just do! The green on the left-hand side is actually the inside of the cover; it kind of looks like part of the page from the quick pic I took…
Supplies:
- 7 Gypsies stickers (the journal sticker and the 3 circles) from the Zanzibar collection.
- Washi tape of course!
- American Crafts ribbon – attempted to do a quick pleat/gather to create some dimension; also folded over a small piece and stapled together
- American Crafts rub-ons from the Trademarks booklet in the Jack collection, color brown
- Packaging from an Etsy purchase rolled up and stapled – looks like Tim Holtz’s Kraft Glassine (which I have but still have played with!!)
Hope you guys enjoy my page that shows just a wee bit of my loooooovee of washi tape!
